We work with your designer or help you develop a layout that works. If you don't have cabinet designs yet, we can recommend kitchen designers we've worked with successfully. During this phase, we identify potential challenges early so there are no surprises once construction starts.

Once the design is finalized, we develop comprehensive pricing with specific material allowances for cabinets, counters, backsplash, flooring, and fixtures. You'll understand exactly what's included and where you have choices to make.

We complete your kitchen remodel with regular communication throughout. You'll have my cell number, get updates at every milestone, and know immediately if anything changes. When you have questions, you get answers within hours.
