After 20+ years of residential construction in Kane and DuPage Counties, I've learned that what actually makes or breaks a project isn't the framing or the finishes, it's whether the homeowner knew what they were getting into before it started. 

Scope surprises, budget creep, weeks of silence from your contractor — that's what makes the experience miserable. And it's almost always preventable.

That’s why we spend real time on the front end. We talk through what you actually want, what it'll cost, and how it'll work in your home before anyone picks up a tool. When that part's done right, the rest tends to go smoothly.

Because communication is so important, you get me throughout the whole project — the same number, the same face, the same person who sat at your kitchen table in the first meeting. When you have a question, I'll get back to you that day.
